By accessing or using the Honey’s Baking Company website (honeysbc.com) or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
Our Products
Honey’s Baking Company sells organic, small-batch lactation cookies made in a Florida Cottage Food Operation under Section 500.80, Florida Statutes, and is not subject to inspection by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Statements regarding lactation support are based on the traditional use of ingredients such as brewer’s yeast, flaxseed, and oats and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult your physician or a licensed lactation consultant with any questions about your individual health needs.
Allergen Disclosure
Our products are prepared in a home kitchen that also handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. While we take care in preparing each order, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of allergens or cross-contact. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Orders & Payment
All orders are placed through our website and processed via WooCommerce, with payment handled securely by PayPal. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.
Delivery Area
As a Florida Cottage Food Operation, we sell and deliver only within the state of Florida and do not ship products across state lines. Please ensure your delivery address is located within Florida at checkout.
Cancellations & Refunds
Because our cookies are baked fresh in small batches, we are unable to accept returns of food products. If there is an issue with your order, including damage in transit or an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at honey@honeysbc.com so we can make it right.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems, interfere with the proper functioning of the site, or use any automated means to scrape or copy our content without permission.
